If you are wondering how to get a refund on items you purchased within the App, please read this policy carefully, and request a refund in accordance with this policy.
ONLY UNUSED IN-GAME CONTENT AND UNUSED GEMS PURCHASED WITHIN THE LAST 7 DAYS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.
IN-GAME CONTENT COUNTS AS USED ONCE IT’S TAKEN INTO THE GAME.
There are certain items that you can’t ask refund for once you purchase it.

- Event Tickets
- VIP License
- Special Offer
- Season Ticket
- Acorn
- Bingo Tickets
- Unlimited Hearts
- Unlimited Rocket x Large Barrel Bombs
- Unlimited Horns
- Unlimited Triple Boomerangs
- Felyne
- Buildings
- Bundles containing any one of these items listed above
How to Refund Unused Content and Gems
You can request a refund for unused in-game content and unused Gems by sending a refund request by email through our contact form, available by clicking the “support” button within the App. Please clearly state within the “Nature of Inquiry” section (i) that you want to request refund; (ii) the name of the in-game content you are asking refund for (or just “gems” as the case may be); and (iii) the date when you bought the items or gems. We also ask you to submit a screenshot by which we can confirm your transaction ID of Google Play by uploading the screenshot in the “Attach Image” section. Cash refunds are available for 7 days after a transaction (that is, the date when you are notified of the purchase) as long as the subject in-game content or Gems isn't used.
